Inovan pays homage to loyal employees
Coming towards the close of 2014, new Inovan CEO Dr. Thomas Hoer paid homage to long-time employees. In a ceremony on 28th November 2014 loyal employees were honoured for their commitment and their precious dedication.
In total 9 employees were able to celebrate their 25 year jubilee and 3 employees even their 40 year jubilee at Inovan in 2014.
- 25 years: Peter Ciupke, Ingrid Feinauer, Thomas Fischer, Susanne Geiger, Tobias Mezger, Ingeborg Morlock, Michael Holstein, Thomas Seidel, Herbert Vischer
- 40 years: Roger Essig, Bernhard Hacker, Wolfgang Schneider.
Inovan really appreciates the work of these loyal long time employees. CEO Dr. Thomas Hoer, human resources manager Thomas Weyh and the employees’ respective department managers expressed their gratitude in the name of the entire company. They thanked the employees for their long-time commitment, their active support and all their proposed ideas, which are the key elements for the long-term success of Inovan. All of the honoured received a certificate and presents for compliment.
Dr. Hoer finished his speech with the words: „I am very pleased for the honoured and also for Inovan as a company. Inovan can be proud of having such loyal employees. These remarkable long-time employments indicate that the honoured feel content at Inovan and also Inovan appreciates their work over such a long period of time.”
